What’s a Certified Supplier?

Certified Diverse Suppliers are companies guaranteed by IWSCC to be majority-owned by Veterans or Canadians with Disabilities. When we aren’t hosting CAM, IWSCC is Canada’s National Supplier Council for Veteran-Owned and Disabled-Owned businesses. We proudly represent and support these businesses from coast to coast.

Application FAQ

All CAM Listings must meet 2 key requirements:

  1. You must be a Canadian business: All CAM companies must have a Canadian address of business, and be legally registered with the CRA. In other words, you must have a Canadian Business Number (BN).
  2. You must be an accessibility provider: CAM businesses are companies that make Canada more accessible. To list your business, your company must provide a clear accessibility-related good or service.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Does it cost money to list by business? Yes. CAM listings are a paid service. It costs $250 per year to keep your listing.
  • Does it cost money to apply for a listing? No. There’s no cost to apply for a CAM listing.
  • Can I list my business if I don’t specialize in accessibility? Maybe. CAM applications are reviewed by IWSCC on a case-by-case basis. Your company does not need to be an expert in all areas of accessibility, but you do have to sell a clearly accessible product or service.
  • Can I list my business if I am an IWSCC Certified Supplier? Maybe. IWSCC Certified Suppliers can list their business on the CAM at no extra cost to their membership – provided they have an accessible product or service.
